Job Description

About Client:
Our client is a well regarded Property Developer with diversified retail, office, residential, commercial portfolio in China. They are looking for a Senior HR officer/ Assistant HR Manager to take care their C&B matters and coordinates with subsidiary companies in China. 


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and advise on aspects of C&B matters in PRC, including salary review, bonus review and monthly payroll 
  • Advise on C&B matters including remuneration package, commission and policies in local regions 
  • Lead C&B projects and data analysis and annual activities 
  • Maintain and update HR System and ensure accuracy of data 
  • Lead the implementation of the new HR system and integrate with subsidiaries in PRC 
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
  • At least 5 years' experience in human resources field required
  • Well versed in PRC Employment Ordinance and other employment related ordinances
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good team player with effective communication, interpersonal and marketing skills
