Job Description

An IT company located in Tai Koo is now looking for high caliber candidate to apply for the following position:  


*Requirements: 

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management
  • 6-8 years IT recruitment experience in sizeable firm / MNC
  • Solid experience in recruitment & handling staff issues required 
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance & related legislation in HK is essential
  • Proficient in using MS Applications
  • Proficient spoken and written English and Chinese 

 

*Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide one-stop HR service to functional departments 
  • Be responsible for whole recruitment process including advertisement placement, application screening, initial interview & job offering 
  • Handle the entire process & administration from staff recruitment to off-boarding 
  • Deal with staff issue independently and provide professional advices to management 
  • Prepare monthly reports & analysis for management review 
  • Benefit: 5 days work, 12 months salary+bonus, bank holiday, 12 days annual leave, Medical (including Dental & Life insurance) & MPF  

 

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior HR Executive
