ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Play a key role to connect HR Shared Serivces to local HR, Department and Staff. To be a HR Shared Services representative to provide on site HR services to employee in Kunshan. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

1. Time and attendance management;

2. HC report for Finance and EHS, OT and annual leave report for HRBP, etc;

3. Commercial Insurance monthly administration,;

4. vendor application for HR team;

5. Payslip and all kinds of letters from local tax bureau and labor bureau distribution;

6. Assist to Flexible benefit process and HR's activities.

7. Other HR related matters in local

1. 3 Years experience in HR

2. Customer services oriented

3.Good interpersonal skills

4. Be familiar withTine and attendance & Social Insurance and Housing Fund policy and procedure in local labor department

5. A team player and able to work with people from different cultures.

6. College’s degree in HR / IT or related field
