Job Description

Duties:

  • Assist in full cycle of recruitment & selection process
  • Responsible for clerical support of recruitment including advertisement posting and arrange interview logistics
  • Administer processes relating to employee life-cycle, i.e. HRIS data, proper documentation in P-files, on-boarding & off-boarding, leave record, reference checking, etc.
  • Provide administration support for the team and assist in any other ad-hoc duties assigned by seniors


Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in HR (Experience in recruitment & selection will be an advantage)
  • Knowledge in HK Labour Ordinance and other regulatory requirements
  • Computer literate in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Power Points and Words
  • Fast learner, multi-tasking, positive thinking and good interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills and strong customer service mind-set
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • More experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
