Job Description
Duties:
- Assist in full cycle of recruitment & selection process
- Responsible for clerical support of recruitment including advertisement posting and arrange interview logistics
- Administer processes relating to employee life-cycle, i.e. HRIS data, proper documentation in P-files, on-boarding & off-boarding, leave record, reference checking, etc.
- Provide administration support for the team and assist in any other ad-hoc duties assigned by seniors
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 2-3 years relevant experience in HR (Experience in recruitment & selection will be an advantage)
- Knowledge in HK Labour Ordinance and other regulatory requirements
- Computer literate in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Power Points and Words
- Fast learner, multi-tasking, positive thinking and good interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills and strong customer service mind-set
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- More experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
