Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle including job posting, interview, prepare employment contract, on-board arrangement and welcome orientation for front line positions and back office junior positions.
  • Source new recruitment channels and coordinate recruitment programs and events such as job fair, recruitment day etc.
  • Prepare monthly reports, such as turnover rate, cost allocation, labor expenses and update organization chart.
  • Assist the Manager to prepare manpower planning and budgeting issue
  • Assist to execute new HR policies and performance evaluation system
  • Coordinate and execute various employee engagement, employee relations programs and activities
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects as required by the Management

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ solid experience, preferably in retail industry but not essential
  • Good knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinances and related regulations
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player with commitment to quality
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight schedules
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Officer
  • Working Location: Shek Mun, Shatin (near MTR station)
