Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle including job posting, interview, prepare employment contract, on-board arrangement and welcome orientation for front line positions and back office junior positions.
- Source new recruitment channels and coordinate recruitment programs and events such as job fair, recruitment day etc.
- Prepare monthly reports, such as turnover rate, cost allocation, labor expenses and update organization chart.
- Assist the Manager to prepare manpower planning and budgeting issue
- Assist to execute new HR policies and performance evaluation system
- Coordinate and execute various employee engagement, employee relations programs and activities
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as required by the Management
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ solid experience, preferably in retail industry but not essential
- Good knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinances and related regulations
- Self-motivated, willing to learn with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player with commitment to quality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight schedules
- Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Officer
- Working Location: Shek Mun, Shatin (near MTR station)
