Driving operational excellence and following continuous improvement agenda aligned with plants HR team as well as HRS priorities.

Lead blue collar hiring and plants C&B activities.

Responsible for the completion of tasks directly related to Blue Collar employee lifecycle events that are not in scope for IBS with accurate and quality.

Supports the local BU HR Manager in the delivery of other HR processes such as Employee Relations, Engagement and local training.

Partners with local BU ISC, supported by local HR to provide administration support for BC people related initiatives such as IL6S, and other HR plant programs

Supports the interface between People Manager, Employee and IBS, in the completion of BC administration tasks.

Provides guidance to people manager and employees on required policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Collaborates with third party providers and government agencies to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of service and provision of information.

Responsible for the timely resolution and management of employee queries.

Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives related to process and service delivery.

Deliver regular HRS reports to understand stakeholders current status, initiate suggestions to support on compliance and improvement.

Bachelor and above degree;

5-10 years experience on overal HR function in industrial or FMCG area;

HRSSC and change management experience;

Strong process coordination and results oriented;

Communication and interpersonal skill;

Fluent english and data analysis capability;

Workday experience is a plus.
