Accor Hospitality Services delivers our world class hotel offerings & un-rivalled service levels in environments not confined by the walls of a hotel.  We are revolutionary in our thinking and we are revolutionising the meaning of hospitality.  We are searching for our next Revolutionists to join our Hospitality Services team in the position of Assistant Hospitality Manager, based within our Clients Head Office at Martin Place, Sydney with an annualised salary package of $75,000 + super.  Reporting to the Director of Hospitality, you will be responsible for curating outstanding experiences for tenants, visitors & stakeholders alike.

 

Key responsibilities include:

· Support in the development of a welcoming environment for tenants & visitors that is representative of a 5 star hotel standard;
· Oversee the daily supervision of the Hospitality Services team, ensuring Accor’s services are delivered to the highest of standards;
· Responsibility over the daily planning & co-ordination of service delivery to conference rooms, lounge service & the provisioning of external catering;
· Act in the capacity of 2ic supporting the Director of Hospitality with operations and taking operational responsibility during periods of absence.
 
What we need from you: 
· Strong passion for people, curating experiences for others and in leading premium service delivery;
· Leadership Experience within hospitality environments comparable to Duty Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager as a minimum;
· Demonstrated experience in co-ordination & planning activities with seamless operational delivery.
