Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily arrival of VIP rooms, special request rooms and guest rooms are prepared with the appropriate welcome and other amenities.
- Planning, organising and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of guestsatisfaction.
- Responsible for purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
- Conduct training of staff as assigned.
- Maintain the housekeeping budget, providing billing summaries and expenses.
- Document pertinent information in department log book.
- Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment, makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment.
Job Requirements:
- Secondary education or above with Diploma in Housekeeping or Hospitality Management preferable but not mandatory
- Minimum 5 years’ related supervisory experience
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Self-motivated and able to handle multi-task
- Good communication in Korean, English and Mandarin
- Korean resident is preferred
