Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily arrival of VIP rooms, special request rooms and guest rooms are prepared with the appropriate welcome and other amenities.
  • Planning, organising and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of guestsatisfaction.
  • Responsible for purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
  • Conduct training of staff as assigned.
  • Maintain the housekeeping budget, providing billing summaries and expenses.
  • Document pertinent information in department log book.
  • Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment, makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary education or above with Diploma in Housekeeping or Hospitality Management preferable but not mandatory
  • Minimum 5 years’ related supervisory experience
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated and able to handle multi-task
  • Good communication in Korean, English and Mandarin
  • Korean resident is preferred
