Job Description

Responsibilities



  • Assist to oversee human resources and administration functions of PRC and Cambodia factories.

  • Lead factory teammates and provide professional guidance to ensure smooth running of HRA departments and in accordance with the company policy.

  • Monitor payroll, attendance record and other HRA related matters.

  • Review and enhance existing HRA system and practice.

  • Monitor of payroll, benefit and compensation administration, performance, attendance record and other HRA related matters.

  • Review and enhance existing HRA system and practice.



Requirements



  • Form 5 or above

  • At least 3 years relevant experience in handling all round HR and administrative functions with sizeable organization in manufacturing background, preferable garment industry.

  • Practical knowledge of HRA operation at managerial level in PRC

  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin

  • Well-organized, analytical and good team player

  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills

  • Stationed in PRC (Zhongshan) is required

Salary:
25000 - 40000
