Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist to oversee human resources and administration functions of PRC and Cambodia factories.
- Lead factory teammates and provide professional guidance to ensure smooth running of HRA departments and in accordance with the company policy.
- Monitor payroll, attendance record and other HRA related matters.
- Review and enhance existing HRA system and practice.
- Monitor of payroll, benefit and compensation administration, performance, attendance record and other HRA related matters.
- Review and enhance existing HRA system and practice.
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- At least 3 years relevant experience in handling all round HR and administrative functions with sizeable organization in manufacturing background, preferable garment industry.
- Practical knowledge of HRA operation at managerial level in PRC
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Well-organized, analytical and good team player
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Stationed in PRC (Zhongshan) is required
Salary:
25000 - 40000
