Scope of Position

To assist DOHR in providing a professional and caring personnel service to all management and colleague and ensure day to day personnel activities are achieved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor / Diploma / Certificate in Human Resources / Hotel Management discipline
  • At least 8 years in Human Resources field with 3 years in manager role
  • Experience in service industry, preferably in hotel industry
  • Thorough knowledge of local labour law and procedures
  • Good communication skills
  • Good connection with local government officials
  • Knowledge of HRMIS system
  • Basic training skills
  • Experience in handling labour union preferred
  • Computer literate to basic MS software
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
