Scope of Position
To assist DOHR in providing a professional and caring personnel service to all management and colleague and ensure day to day personnel activities are achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelor / Diploma / Certificate in Human Resources / Hotel Management discipline
- At least 8 years in Human Resources field with 3 years in manager role
- Experience in service industry, preferably in hotel industry
- Thorough knowledge of local labour law and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Good connection with local government officials
- Knowledge of HRMIS system
- Basic training skills
- Experience in handling labour union preferred
- Computer literate to basic MS software
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
