Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the Human Resources Department in all spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selections, training and development, performance appraisal, monthly payroll, compensation and benefits, employees’ compensation, staff relations, MPF, etc
  • Lead and supervise a team to ensure that they are motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to required standards
  • To be responsible for group management reporting; supervising and coordinating group annual budget and analysis 
  • Review and implement organization development
  • Ensure the company’s compliance of all HR related regulations
  • Report directly to the Senior Manager

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Human Resources function with minimum 1 year in managerial role
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Solid experience in set up and development policies, procedures and controls
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and being tactful to deal with all levels of people in different departments and sessions
  • Efficient Time Management and Project Management Skills and able to work under dynamic environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese Word Processing is a must
  • Immediately Available preferred
