Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation for monthly payroll calculation for staff
- Assist with the handling of compensation and benefits administration such as tax calculation, medical insurance, leave applications and retirement benefit
- Administer staff attendance, prepare HR reports and analysis
- Answer staff enquiries on compensation and benefits matters
- Assist in HR initiatives and ad-hoc HR related projects.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting,Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Work experience in human resources within Bank, financial institutions or sizeable organizations preferable (Fresh graduates will be considered as Senior Clerk)
- Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong
- A good team player with an open mindset
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Proficient in Putonghua
- Familiar with Word, Excel and Powerpoint
