Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparation for monthly payroll calculation for staff
  • Assist with the handling of compensation and benefits administration such as tax calculation, medical insurance, leave applications and retirement benefit
  • Administer staff attendance, prepare HR reports and analysis
  • Answer staff enquiries on compensation and benefits matters
  • Assist in HR initiatives and ad-hoc HR related projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting,Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Work experience in human resources within Bank, financial institutions or sizeable organizations preferable (Fresh graduates will be considered as Senior Clerk)
  • Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong
  • A good team player with an open mindset
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Proficient in Putonghua
  • Familiar with Word, Excel and Powerpoint
