Responsibilities: 

• Lead the project in re-engineering of current HR system
• Handle complex information communications and collection through meetings and workshops with external vendors and internal HR
• Lead a team to perform and implement all compensation & benefits initiatives and administration of payroll, MPF, staff cost budgeting and tax reporting
• Plan and implement compensation and benefits projects, including but not limited to pay structure review, Company policies, C&B benchmarking, and compensation management practice review
• Co-operate with operation team to monitor shop manpower & salary structure
• Develop effective tools for HR analytics and management reporting
• Support any ad hoc projects as required

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 8 years solid HR experience, Strong in C&B Management, with minimum 2 years in managerial grade, preferably in Catering/ Hospitality
• Experienced in HRIS development and System implementation
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Labor Ordinance, MPF scheme Ordinance and related regulations
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong strategic thinking, responsibility, self-motivated, independent and detailed-minded
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
