Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage and support the overall human resources operations, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, manpower planning, performance management, budgeting and employee relations, as well as office administration matters
Ensure the policies & procedures comply with HK labour regulations
Prepare reports and analysis for management review
Participate in compilation of regular HR reports and deliver high quality HR services to different departments to support the operational teams
Assist in the set up and implementation of various systems and guidelines and ensure the smooth running of the office at all times
Act as a communication channel between outlets and internal departments
Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Human Resources / Business Administration / Hospitality or relevant disciplines
Minimum 5 years solid HR experience in F&B industry or Catering industry with successful track records in recruitment is preferred
Well-versed in Hong Kong employment related ordinances and regulations
Able to work independently and under pressure
Mature, flexible, well-organized and detail-oriented, with can do spirit and positive mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
