Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling whole recruitment progress such as job advertisement preparation, resume selection, interview arrangement and employment contract preparation.
  • Responsible for salary benchmarking, job grading system, new employee reference check and updating personal filing system
  • Prepare Induction and orientation program to new employees and exit interview to leavers
  • Assist Manager to prepare payroll calculation, staff first and final payment, handle staff personal tax administration, MPF, Group Medical enrollment and termination
  • Maintain personal filing system and prepare various monthly HR reports
  • Handle ad-hoc project assigned by Management

 

Requirement

  • Degree/Diploma in HRM or Business Administration
  • At least 2 years hands-on experience in HR Generalist
  • Well-versed in HK employment ordinances & other regulations
  • Proficiency in using MSOffice (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is a must
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Working Location : Shek Mun near MTR station
