Job Description
Responsibilities

Responsible for handling whole recruitment progress such as job advertisement preparation, resume selection, interview arrangement and employment contract preparation.

Responsible for salary benchmarking, job grading system, new employee reference check and updating personal filing system

Prepare Induction and orientation program to new employees and exit interview to leavers
-
Assist Manager to prepare payroll calculation, staff first and final payment, handle staff personal tax administration, MPF, Group Medical enrollment and termination

Maintain personal filing system and prepare various monthly HR reports
- Handle ad-hoc project assigned by Management
Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in HRM or Business Administration
- At least 2 years hands-on experience in HR Generalist
- Well-versed in HK employment ordinances & other regulations
- Proficiency in using MSOffice (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is a must
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediately available is preferred
- Working Location : Shek Mun near MTR station
