Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform all round HR functions including recruitment, C&B, staff relations etc., with particular focus on C&B
  • Prepare and compile monthly costing reports, HR statistical and management reports and participate in salary benchmarking and market surveys
  • Assist in preparation of ground work, data migration, UAT, parallel run and implementation of new HRIS system
  • Participate in the development of new procedures and ad-hoc task related to HR Operations

 

Requirements

  • Degree Holder in any discipline, preferably in Accounting, IT, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills (i.e. Macro, VBA)
  • Strong Analytical and numerical skills with ability to handle priorities
  • Good knowledge of Hong Kong employment related ordinances and legislations
  • Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred
