CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Training and development of IC attachment technician, 
• Machine reliability, minimize machine down time;
• Implementing production technology and process improvements at IC attachment;
• Assist operators with off-quality product troubleshooting and equipment malfunction troubleshooting;
• Preventive Maintenance of IC attachment lines to make sure they are in good conditions;
• Maintenance manual updating/ drafting /record filing;
• Create/Modify process related documents, and make sure these documents can be follow by production;
• Spare part management and machine supplier contact;
• Tooling and fixture design and preparation;
• Assist NPI engineer for PD run, analysis PD result from process point of view;
• Assist operators with off-quality product troubleshooting (incl. PIR, IQD follow up, 4D report   verification) 
• Other jobs assigned by supervisor.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• 2 years or above of electronic manufacturing/semiconductor industry IE, PE, ME work experience, and certain project improvement experience;
• Working experience in a multinational company is preferred;
• Familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD and related working software;
• Logical thinking, good analytical skills;
• Good report writing ability;
• Familiar with IC chip production process, equipment and production mode;
• Have experience in design and maintenance of fixtures, molds, etc.;
• Have experience in improving and optimizing production processes;
• Proactive and pragmatic work attitude;
• Willing to learn and strong learning ability;
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to independent working mode;
• Have teamwork spirit, contribute to team goals and have good communication and coordination skills;
• Goal and performance-oriented;
• Can adapt to shift production needs.
