Manage company’s trademark portfolio

Provide legal support to business teams in relation to IP matters

Coordinate brand protection cases, liaise with authorities and customs, and keep tracking list of IP cases

Support IP litigations, including legal research and evidence collection

Collaborate with Global IP team on IP cases and license issues

Regular vendor communications

1、Education
LLB, LLM preferred
2、Experience
1-3 years working experience with MNCs or law firms, familiar with IP related laws and regulations.

3、 Technical competencies:
？Solid legal knowledge with good communication skills
？Fluent in speaking and writing English
？PRC Bar preferred
