- Perform business analysis and provide excellent end user support to ensure effective daily operations
- Manage Network POS backup security and shop and back office support as o365 teams
- Maintain vendor control, cost control, POS integrate payment and new POS function vs MPLS
- Review and propose IT strategies in applications, infrastructure and project management
- Provide team development and work with top management to provide strategic advice on talent management
- Ensure data security and integrity with data centre and across the branch network
- Review and manage audit and regulatory requirements relating to IT day-to-day operation and outsourcing management
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in IT operations with at least 3-4 years in managerial positions
- Solid experience in ERP, SAP, POS and call centre implementation and support
- Strong IT technical and system implementation knowledge
- Excellent leadership, people management and communication skills
- Aggressive, independent and strong drive to achieve corporate goal and strategies
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
