Job Description

The job holder is responsible to provide IT infrastructure and numerous education platforms such as PowerSchool, Google Suite for Education and Office365.

Key Responsibilities

• Being part of the IT development team to participate in software development initiatives to achieve the following goals:

• providing IT solutions to help streamline the workflow of the School.
• leveraging educational data to create reports and systems to support evidence based learning.

• Liaise with stakeholders to understand the need from key functional areas of the School. As part of the team to propose and implement cost effective IT solutions to assist continued development of the School.
• Provide general IT helpdesk functions to support the school community.
• Maintain accurate technical documents for the systems and workflows.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Solid experience in software development.
• Knowledge on both MS Windows and Mac OS environments is preferred.
• Knowledge in IT infrastructure or event AV setup is a plus.
• Passionate to apply technological ideas to support education for the new generation.
• Self-motivated, strong analytical skills and user-friendly.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of the office and student information is imperative.
