Job Description:

• Oversee Hong Kong Headquarter and retail outlets IT Operations
• Manage infrastructure include data and voice to ensure reliable network environment for operations
• Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
• Supervise and coach IT support and system analyst on troubleshooting and ERP system implementation
• Plan annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness and help develop IT Operations strategy

The Person:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information System, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
• Experience in wholesale/retail/FMCG sector is an advantage
• Familiar with business application development in Oracle NetSuite and WMS
• Experienced in infrastructure/ network design, planning, solution provision and implementation
• Track record in working on different infrastructure projects
• Good knowledge of information security system is preferable
• Hands-on experience in daily support and vendor management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Open-minded and down-to-earth attitude
• Immediately available is preferable
