The successful applicant for this position will have opportunity to:

? Carry out high level research of client brief and project objectives.

? Produce options for testfits according to direction from Senior Designer.

? Control the project materials board, mood images and other project overview materials.

? “Own” the SketchUp model by efficiently updating and maintaining all facets of design within the model

throughout the project progress.

? Supervise construction drawing set in collaboration with PM, contractor and project stakeholders.

? Attend site construction meetings and ensure design integrity is upheld on site.

? Work closely with Project Management team on project design related issues.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 
  At least 3 years experience in interior design / project management with design background. Must have corporate office / workplace experience.
• Interior design diploma / degree or other equivalent qualification
• Be able to conceptualize and develop small projects on own.
• Experience with site defect rectification.
• Awareness of project planning, schedule programming and material/labour costings.
• Furniture and materials awareness in the local/international market.
• Competency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and MS Office
• Competent written / spoken business English.
