Our client is one of the largest local developers of residential, office, retail, industrial and hotel properties in Hong Kong. With its long history of property development expertise and residential estates, this developer firm has built many of Hong Kong's most notable landmark buildings and complexes. They are currently looking for talented interior designers with residential design experience to join them.

WHAT YOU DO:

• Work with senior designers throughout the whole project.
• Coordinate with both internal & external parties such as project team/ contractor/ consultant.
• Site inspection for each project that you have participated in.
• Work well under pressure and tight schedule.
• Manage full sets of presentation and tender documentations

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Diploma holder or higher in interior design or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in designing residential projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup & MS Office
• Strong in design and site management
• Working on-site experience and liaising with contractors preferable
• Good command of written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
