Responsibilities:

In Charge of Report Generation including Monthly Number of Stock Movement Report, Stock Expiry Report and Inventory Report to Management, Markets and Purchase Department;

Provide Markets’ KPI Report on Stock Clearance;

Maintain Daily Inventory Database;

In charge of stock code changes/turn code changes within the system as requested by Purchase/ Warehouse or Market Department;

Assist on stock take adjustment within the system;

ERP system enhancement against different reports;

Assist any ad-hoc work and projects assigned.

Requirements:
Diploma and above in Supply Chain or related disciplines;

At least 1 year of supply chain/planning work experience;

Strong in Excel (Vlookup is a MUST), familiar with VBA programming is an advantage;

Strong numerical sense, logical mind, good time management and detailed oriented;

Good manner, proactive, good communication skill, able to work independent and work under pressure;

Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese.
