Responsibilities:

• Prepare Monthly no movement/expiry reports to Management, Markets and Purchase Department;
• Provide Monthly markets’ return report to Management Team;
• Prepare the stock turn report among to different item class level;
• Maintain daily Inventory database;
• Provide weekly OOS report to Purchase Department for stock replenishment and orders’ follow up;
• Provided Markets’ KPI on outlet clearance;
• Arranges code change/turn code change request from Purchase/ Warehouse/ Market Department;
• Stock taking adjustment involvement
• ERP system enhancement against different reports
• Any ad-hoc work and projects assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Supply Chain or related disciplines
• 1 year and above of supply chain/planning work experience in FMCG industry is an advantage
• Strong in Excel (Vlookup is a MUST), VBA programming and familiar with other MS office software applications
• Strong numerical sense, logical mind & good time management and detailed oriented
• Good manner, proactive, good communication skill, able to work independent and work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese.
• Less experience will considerate as general clerk
