Responsibilities

• To develop and execute sales plan, establish strong relationship with assigned accounts and explore new sales opportunities to achieve overall sales distribution objective
• To prepare various reports and analysis per both customer & management request
• To handle customer enquiries and complaints in order to maintain smooth daily operation
• To handle business development projects and other ad hoc projects assigned by management
• To ensure quality service by frequent visits and understand the feedback from customers

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Management/Hotel Management/Food Science
• 5 years or above sales experience with 2 years supervisory experience
• Sales experience in catering market especially in serving and developing the key accounts of fast food, restaurant chains, hotels and clubs is preferred
• Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation skill and computer literacy
• Outgoing, aggressive, proactive and self-motivated, willing to work under pressure and result oriented
• Good command of spoken & written both English & Chinese
• With driving license will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Key Account Officer
