- Strong ability in handling customer relations, superior negotiation ability, can solve questions & challenges encountered from work in a timely manner
- Strong in establish and implement strategic sales plan
- Strong in manage key account and product range
- Ability to analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities
- Understand strategic business challenges and priorities
- Build relationships with customers stakeholder and supporting function for business growth
- Establish and enforce ethical standards across all business areas
- Assures compliance of all policies, procedures and practices of the company
- Degree or equivalent working experience in KA (ideally over 2 years) Hyper experience is a plus.
- Strong customer relationship experience, working in close partnership with key stakeholders including customers, distributors, internal functions.
- Experience in consumer market is a must
- Mandarin is a must
