Our Client:

A Hong Kong leading developer is currently looking for an Assistant Leasing Manager to manage their expanding retail portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the full cycle of leasing function for their retail portfolio.
• Implement market positioning and leasing strategies to achieve maximum outcome and revenue of the portfolio
• Interact with prospective and existing clients on new lettings, tenancy renewals and rent reviews
• Identify and negotiate new leasing opportunities
• Prepare financial analysis for justification of leasing transactions and analyse leasing data.

Requirements:

• University graduate.
• Professionally qualified in General Practice Surveying (HKIS) or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 6 years’ experiences in retail leasing with Developers/ Agency environment
• Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, with strong customer service focus
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, and Chinese
