Client Details 

Our client is a medium sized Hong Kong developer with diversified commercial assets across mainly Hong Kong and China. They are now looking for an experienced Assistant Leasing Manager or a Senior Leasing Officer if less experience, to take care of their commercial portfolio in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and executing leasing strategy for assigned shopping mall
• Relationship management with existing and prospective tenants
• Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports and presentations for top management
• Review and maintain a robust tenant database
• Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment/ revamping works.  

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant retail leasing experience with other landlords or property agency, with leadership experience is highly preferred
• Strong market sense with analytical thinking
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good leadership and interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred
