One of the leading listed property developers in Hong Kong with reputable brand and excellence in development of premium portfolios is currently looking for Assistant Leasing Manager/ Senior Leasing Officer to join their leasing management team based in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will…

• Handle the leasing matters for prestigious retail properties in HK
• Liaison with different stakeholders incl. international brands, local estate agents
• Formulate leasing strategy
• Conduct marketing research
• Conduct cost benchmarking and oversee the P&L of the portfolios
• Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants’ fitting-out and refurbishment / revamping works

You will have the following qualifications…

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Real Estates or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in real estate leasing/ business development industry
• Fluent English and Cantonese
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
