Our client is a Hong Kong listed corporation with diversified portfolio including property development, hospitality, industries, trading and investment business in Greater China and South East Asia, they are now seeking high calibre to join their group.

Responsibilities

• Work with the teammate and manage a mixed portfolio of Retail and Commercial properties in Hong Kong, PRC and SEA
• Liaise with overseas agents or prospective tenants to explore potential business opportunities
• Leasing for shopping malls, including but not limited to provide quality tenant services, planning and implementing control of leasing tasks, tenancy administration, co-ordination on renovation works, takeover / handover of premises and fitting-out works
• Formulate effective leasing campaigns and promotional strategies and tenancy mix
• Collect market intelligence, conduct research on market development, branding and rental trends
• Monitor leasing parameters and handle tenants' enquiries and complaints
• Perform ad-hoc projects as and when required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 6 years of retail or commercial leasing proven experience in sizeable company
• Familiar with leasing procedures and relevant legal documentation
• Independent, self-motivated with excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, conversational Mandarin
• Candidates with stable track record are highly preferable
• The role will be based in Hong Kong with occasional travel when needed
