Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Licensing Department of the Intermediaries Division that are responsible for licensing intermediaries, the successful candidate is expected to provide a full range of clerical and administrative support to executives.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above;
- A minimum of 2 years of administration experience, preferably in financial service industry or professional firms;
- Able to work independently and make sensible judgements;
- Good organization and coordination skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- A strong sense of responsibility and integrity; and
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
