Key Responsibilities/职位描述

1. 管理第三方仓库和运输供应商按照标准的工作流程高效运作。如保证按时交货和单据签字， 监控货物退货和销毁，物流 KPI 监控 & 报告， 分析以提高仓储利用率机会。
2. 处理CSMS & SAP等ERP系统的交付、库存转移等事务，确保货物系统和实物的准确性。
3. 优化成本结构，与第三方仓库和运输供应商进行成本节约。
4. 指导和监控仓库每P的库存盘点。
5. 确保仓库符合公司质量标准，并进行定期的审核及跟进改善计划的落实。处理与物流和仓库有关投诉、紧急和突发事件，及时采取相应的应急和改善措施。
6. 对第三方仓库和运输供应商进行审核。
7. 优化并持续监视第三方供应商以改进仓库和运输服务， 以满足客户的要求。
8. 每个段的第4周做段结，包括在途订单的到货预估和报告，对于风险订单能够与销售保持密切的沟通，辅助销售业绩的达成。
9. 参与寻找运输效率提升和物流成本优化的机会，并实施具体项目。

 

Qualifications/任职条件

1. 至少2-3年供应链物流从业经验，有B2C经验优先
2. 良好的沟通能力及组织能力
