Job Description
Assistant Logistics Officer Smart Infrastructure - Logistics Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take the responsibility of product planning, inventory control, supplier management and inbound distribution management. The primary responsibilities include: • Handling Operational Procurement • Formulating demand planning periodically and monitoring forecast accuracy • Performing inventory control activities • Assisting in supplier management • Scheduling of Sales Order • Maintaining material master in SAP • Delivering any ad hoc duties as assigned • Supporting Logistic related topics as PL-L in phase-in/out products • Leading/ coordinating Logistic related topics with crossing function dept. Requirements: Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply: · Degree holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines · At least 1-2 years’ relevant solid experience in customer services, order fulfillment, sales support, and logistics function, preferably gained from MNC · Experience in Logistics Services or Freight Forwarding Industry will be an advantage · Experience in handling full set of import / export document · Knowledge on SAP MM & SD application knowledge is preferred · Good analytical and communication skills · Self- motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure · Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage · Well-versed in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. · Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Logistics Officer · Fresh graduate will also be considered Organization: Smart Infrastructure Company: Siemens Limited Experience Level: Early Professional Job Type: Full-time
