Perform all Control and Instrument equipment related maintenance including of the inspection, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and support for commissioning of C/I equipments in GO operated plants , new project sites and SOE  facilities as needed. Coordinate all activities associated with the C/I maintenance and related facility maintenance.
执行全部与控制和仪表设备相关的维修，包括检查、修理、安装、故障排除，需要的时候为运行工厂和新项目的仪控设备调试支持。协调和仪控相关的设备维修工作。

The job holder is the Field technician and functionally reports to the maintenance Supervisor/Manager.

The incumbent has direct responsibility for all the maintenance activity and  to coordinate the maintenance activities as required to meet the production demand and to commensurate with meeting all safety, environmental and health regulations and APCI requirements, while maintaining a safe, healthy and participative work place are required to meet this objective.
任职者直接负责所有的维修行为，根据需要协调维修工作，满足工厂需要。同时，满足安全、环境、健康法规以及APCI要求。提供必要的工作场所以满足上述要求。
The position is required to locate strategically at one of facilities and would be possible to be flexibly arranged to another work location on the basis of business need, this position is expected to respond to maintenance requirements on a 24 hrs per day, 7 days per week base. 
本岗位要求策略上定位在一个工厂，根据工作需要弹性安排到其他工厂。岗位要求每天24小时、每周7天紧急维修响应。
 
Assist the planning job with the planner/supervisor in developing material requirements, methods, and manpower requirements for daily preventive maintenance work, corrective repairs and major maintenance work etc.
在日常预防性维修工作、故障维修、大修工作中，协助计划员/主管准备材料、方法、人工时等工作。

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
主要职责
 

1. Ensure to comply with AP and local safety, health and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities.

遵守空气化工公司和当地安全、健康、环境标准，执行当地法规安全要求。.
 

2. Responsible for all instrument and control system equipment regular maintenance and repairing, such as all field instrumentation, valves, flowmeter, transmitter, control circuit, monitoring, DCS, PLC etc.

负责所有仪表和控制系统设备定期维护和修理，如：就地仪表、阀门、流量计、变送器、控制回路、监控、DCS、PLC 等。
 

3. Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement MI work, Assist in the development and periodic review of preventative/predictive maintenance program.

执行预防性维修工作，支持完成机械完整性工作，协助完成预防性维修程序的发展和周期回顾。
 

4. Provide C/I diagnostics services in troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues using failure analysis techniques. This includes issuing failure analysis reports and cost effective recommendations for reliability improvements.

通过使用失效分析技术，在故障排除和解决机器问题过程中提供仪控系统诊断服务
 

5. Participate in the planning and execution of minor and major shutdowns. Provide technical and hands on support as required during shutdowns.

    参加大修的计划和执行，工厂停机期间提供现场实际维修工作。
 

6. To be familiar with all equipment in plants, maintain all C/I equipment accurate documents integrity and equipment history database reachable. Develop C/I equipment job-packs for major overhauls and repair.

熟悉工厂全部设备，维护仪控设备文件的完整性和设备的历史数据。为重要维修提供仪控专业的维修指导文件
 

7. Coordinate or assist of supervision the contractor’s work in the facility or shop to guarantee safety and quality and reliability.

协调和帮助监管分包商在工厂中的工作，确保安全、质量和可靠性
 

8. Spare parts inventory review and parts purchasing support technically,

备件库存定期回顾，采购的技术支持
 

9. Response to maintenance requirements that could be scheduled or unscheduled/emergency jobs, on 24/7 base, prompt response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet our customer’s expectations.

维修响应，为计划的和紧急工作提供全天候的快速反应，满足客户要求。
 

10. Business travel within region is required based on the actual need.

根据实际需要在区域内出差。
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Be honest and responsible
• 诚实有责任心
• Educational: colleague or higher education holder in control or automation Engineering or computer .
• 教育：自动化控制或计算机专业，大专以上学历。
• Working Experience: The minimum requirements for the control/instrument engineer’s position are 2 years experience in gas /petrochemical /coal chemical industrial
• 工作经验：气体或石化行业或煤化工行业，两年以上仪控工程师维护经验。
• Strong working knowledge and hands on experience。
• 较强的业务知识和实际动手能力
• Possess good oral and written communication skills, preferable with English language.
• 良好的口头和书面沟通能力，能够使用英文更好。
• Able to work independently as well as in a team player.
• 能够独立工作，同时善于团队合作
• Basic office software operation.基本的办公软件使用
