Requirements:

  • Holder of Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year's post qualification experience in the maintenance of building in HK 
  • Knowledge in the maintenance of public housing in HK is an advantage
  • Fresh graduate will be considered as Technical Assistant
