Job Description
  • Assist the P&SC Process Excellence and Controls team on the department programs and act as coordinator the focal point to communicate with Global Process Excellence and Controls team closely
  • Procurement Point of Contact for other department, i.e. Corporate Communication, Finance, and Compliance etc. in supporting Process Excellence and Controls requirement includes internal / external activities
  • Support Ariba P2P System within the Procurement trades and legal entities. Assist to write Procurement SOP and Business Process Flows, able to support Procurement training program to users and buyers
  • Work closely with system team to identify problems, drive to root cause and fix the issues, perform UAT test and also
  • Ensure compliance with Business standards and procedures. Support buyers with post implementation procedural or system issues. Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance
  • Performs analysis of materials and determines optimum control levels; prepare and execute clear, structured business flow and required assignments with key teams
  • Provide equivalent support to other territories and project as and when needed; performs any other related duties as assigned

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Analysis, Accounting, Procurement related discipline
  • 5 or more years’ working of experience, 3 – 4 years’ of experience in related area, 1 – 2 years’ experience in Supervisory Level
  • Strong computer and analytical skills especially in Excel spreadsheet; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to work well with co-workers, vendors, and customers
  • Able to assist all team members in department business processes. Well-developed sense for assessment, problem-solving, and logistical decision-making when is required.
  • Committed to plan, organize, and execute projects in a timely and cost-effective manner Ability to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to coordinate multi-tasks and work calmly and confidently with frequent interruptions and pressure
  • Ability to manage time effectively to achieve goals. Flexible and adaptable to changing demands and aggressive deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to properly maintain files and historical data. Have experiences leading team to complete and implement a process, system related idea, provide trainings to the affected parties
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong Computer Skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail, internet, etc. Procure to Pay system is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Excel Pivot Tables and Database experience
  • A plus for Knowledge in ARIBA Systems, Contract Management system
  • Ability to edit and write procedures and editorial materials
  • Ability to work in warehouse or dock environment as required
  • Ability to travel when and as required
