ibis Perth is currently seeking a full time Assistant Front Office Manager (Duty Manager) to join our enthusiastic and friendly team. Great opportunity to develop your career in a small team environment whilst also being a part of a global hotel chain.
The duties and responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating shift activities for the front office team
- Attending to customer queries and assisting with special requirements
- Ensuring the safety and security of guests during shift
- Ensuring a high level of customer service
- Maintaining effective hotel wide communication at all times
- Facilitating the development of team members skills and experience
- Leading by example, ensuring that both yourself and all Team Members provide exceptional service whilst adhering to the companies' policies and procedures
The applicant we are seeking will have:
- Previous Hotel experience in a Front Office GSA/Supervisor or DM role (min 2 years)
- Must have valid Approved Manager licence and RSA
- Ability to do shift work and work over the weekends
- Well developed problem solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to motivate team members
- Opera experience highly desirable
- A strong work ethic and the ability to lead
