What you will be doing:

• Providing supervision and support to the Front Office team and other departments when required
• Maintaining strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety at all times
• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests

Your skills & experience include:

• Have previous managerial experience in a hotel environment
• Be highly organised and able to manage priorities
• Be guest-oriented and service-minded
• Project a professional image at all times through personal presentation/interpersonal skills
• Handle tasks carefully and correctly – be thorough and exact in details with a sense of urgency
• Demonstrate versatility in responding to guest requests and situations
