In the heart of Darling Harbour and at the steps of the ICC Sydney, the newly refurbished Novotel Sydney Darling Square is a 4.5 star hotel in one of the newest areas in Sydney. As the first point of contact with our guests, the Reservations team take pride in delivering an energetic and creative service experience. We are in search of a Heartist who shares our desire to create unforgettable guest experiences.

  What you will be doing:
• Driving and maintaining our standard of guest service while managing, training and guiding our team.
• Owning check-in/out times to ensure guest expectations are achieved
• Lead by example & being creative @ problem solving
• Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests are positive & productive.
• Unleash your personality & animate the shift
• Assist in all areas of the hotel during peak times
• Utilizing our Accor Heartist principles in each interaction to build memorable experiences for our guests
•  Infinite attention to detail, & a genuine passion to please our guests
  
  Your experience and skills include:
• Fluent in Opera, hold a valid First Aid Certificate & NSW RSA
• Professional communicator
