Assist the manager in charge of the daily business operations to verify employee schedules and ensure new hires understand their roles and duties in person or by phone, need to be able to speak Chinese. As Assistant Manager will also need to handle phone calls regarding complaints and questions about orders or further escalations regarding the company's services.
