Job Summary

The Team Lead will lead a group of 10-20 resources focused on the campaign full-life cycle, email/content build, and email asset project management.

Will work closely with the other Team Leads due to the frequent handoffs of issues or urgent campaigns (or content build) that need to be managed seamlessly between shifts.

Maintain status and continue to ensure responsible person are driving out resolution for all priority issues working closely with MCRM Service Director, System Lead, and Global Leaders.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Interfacing with global staff on a daily basis will be a critical part of this role, as this person will be the escalation point for any critical issues.
  • Responsible for hiring and developing Campaign Operation’s team members.
  • The Campaign Operations Team Lead will need to provide regular updates to the MCRM Service Director and MCRM Global Leaders/Director.
  • Will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities and enabling others to come forward with opportunities that can be prioritized for action at the bi-weekly MCRM Portfolio Governance Meetings.
  • Create an environment whereby there is continued focus on following processes to ensure campaign and content development are built in an efficient, effective, and compliance manner.  As well as creating an environment where team members can be open to communicate improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee campaigns and content build to ensure SLAs are met or exceeded
  • Track and manage the demand of SES campaigns with the Demand Team and GME stakeholders.
  • Should be able to co-ordinate with the Email Deliverability Team and come up deployment plan.

Essential Skills and experience

  • 7+ years in a leadership role with proficient people management skills
  • 3+ years of experience gathering and documenting requirements for marketing applications,

3+ years of full life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies

  • Proven success thriving in a fast- paced environment.
  • Ability to make a positive contribution as demonstrated by learning new skills and making suggestions for process/procedure improvement.
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Engaging and friendly personality
  • Collaborative, flexible and a team player
  • Bachelor's Degree
