Responsibilities:
Maintain good channels and effective communication with customers, sub-contractors and other departments for both sides benefits
Liaise with customers on vessels arrangement according to the customers' instruction (Including the night incoming phone orders if required)
Coach the operation team on their daily works to meet both department and customers' standard
Monitor the team works to ensure the operation process and data on the right track
Direct the team on the understanding of department working procedure, systems, and the customer requirements
Supervising Crew roster and work closely with all vessels to improve Crew utilization
Support and backup the team and Manager in order to maintain the team works with standard
Establish and carry out proper working procedure and make a proper corrective and preventive action through the analysis and investigation of problems, feedback and complaints
Prepare daily and monthly performance reports to the management
Preform the invoices creation and verification
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
High Diploma or above (Logistics & Maritime field or related studies is preferred)
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Logistics & Maritime industry with minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese (Fluent in English and Mandarin would be a value-added advantage)
Proficiency in MS Office, include Outlook, MS Word and Excel
Independent, strong personal motivation, proactive, responsible and well disciplines
Good communication skills and time management
Perform outdoor duties if required
