Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Ability to adapt challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing retail environment
  • Oversee operations such as sales, ordering and merchandising
  • Review the organizational plan, structure and departmental responsibilities to optimize the operation efficiency
  • Monitor Business plans and budget, effective management of resource utilization/ allocation
  • Develop and train subordinates ensuring that they are customer and product focused
  • Handle and evaluate documents and contract negotiations
  • Identify improvement areas for achieving the KPIs
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
 
Requirements
  • Degree holder in business administration or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage or Food Distribution sector
  • Experience in developing strategic business plans with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good analytical skills and acute market sense
  • Self-motivated, proactive with excellent problem solving and supervisory skills
  • Proven organization skills – ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands
  • Leadership skills, and able to make swift decisions
  • Proficient in Chinese word processing and MS Office applications
 
Working Location: Chai Wan
Mon to Fri: 8:30am-5:30pm and Sat 8:30am-1:00pm
5.5 working days per week
