Job Description

Job Title: Supervisor, HR & Administration, North & East China

Department HR & Administration

Location: China/Shanghai

Reports To: Senior Manager, HR & Administration, Asia

Subordinate: N/A

Position Summary:


Assist on multi-functions of Human Resource and Administration except C&B of Dymax Shanghai with Key HR projects and initiatives involvement.

Work as a Business partner independently at Shanghai, coordinate with internal/external connections smoothly and make sure Shanghai new plant project got professional support from HR & Administration in time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR

1. Manage Recruitment whole process including but not limit to

a). Positions fulfillment on time;

b). Recruitment channels management/development;

c). Employer brand improvement from HR aspect.

2. Well prepared for SHA Employment relationship transfer

a). On time transfer from existing company to the new registered Shanghai plant;

b). Make sure no labor attribute during the whole transfer process and no critical complaint;

3. Staffing including but not limit to

a). Onboarding, probation review, contractual renewal, separation, exit interview etc.

b). HR systems maintenance, organization charts and various reports verification;

c). Leave, OT and attendance arrangement coordination;

d). Employment relationship management incl. employee complaints handling, monitoring of the communication conflicts between Managers and Employees etc.;

4. Assist on Training & Development including but not limit to

a). Onsite communicate and support on Annual Training plan preparation;

b). Onsite communicate and support on Annual E-learning course arrangement

c). Onsite communicate, identify new training programs in necessary and implement.

5. Assist on the employee policy/handbook/processes review and update;

6. Assist Manager on certain Global/Local HR projects;

7. Assist manager to conduct face to face communications properly in necessary in Shanghai office;

8. Other tasks assigned by the Manager.


Administration

Manage Shanghai new Plant office administration including but not limit to

a). Office reallocation incl. vendors screen for canteen, shuttle bus arrangement, non-manufacturing office decoration;

b). Management of canteen, shuttle bus, dormitory if need;

c). Support activities like China CSR activity, Annual outing, Annual dinner, team building activities etc.;

d). New Plant office suppliers’ management;

e). Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION

Bachelor Degree or above

EXPERIENCE/Skills


At least 10+ years’ experience in HR function including 5+ years’ experience in foreign manufacturing companies;

Excellent people skills, Self-motivated, independent performer with good analytical and computer skills;

Can work under high pressure, efficient when handling multiple tasks and be willing to assist the manager on leading projects;

Good communication skills in both written and verbal English and ability to work in cross-functional teams is mandatory.
