1. Act as PMO to Finance Process/System and TSM projects (80%)

？ Lead project plan preparation, tracking and revision

？ Lead Working Activities Analysis (WAA)

？ Support project budget vs actual tracking

？ Support business case preparation

？ Prepare Data Governance Model of System Interfaces

？ Coordinate Process file and CSSC SOP file update

？ Ad-hoc tasks to support Project Manager

2. Act as SOP/QC COE (20%)

？ Work with Finance Service Center QC finalizing annual & quarterly SOP assessment plan based on operation effectiveness & efficiency, PTP/SPF process Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Finance internal Key Performance Indicators (KPI) guidance

？ Provide guidance to Finance Service Center QC regarding SOP assessment result and follow-up actions

Requirements:

？ Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or Finance with certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred

？ At least 6 years’ experience in Finance related work such as Internal Control, Process Improvements, etc. including 1-2 years Finance/IT project management experience

？ Adequate business knowledge and project consultancy background is highly preferred

？ Familiar with internal control and risk management, to improve operation effectiveness & efficiency, and reduce internal control risk

？ Good networking and communication skills

？ Continuous study, and passionate know-how builder and knowledge manager

？ Strong analytical and problem solving skills

？ Good team player and willingness to work under pressure

？ Mature, proactive, organized and committed

？ Good command of documentation and presentation skills

？ Fluent English written and oral communication
