Job Description
Duties
- Responsible for full set of accounts and daily accounting record including cheque payment, preparing vouches, invoices, cash flow and monthly financial statements
- ŸHandle monthly payroll calculation including MPF, leave, OT and other compensations
- ŸMaintain bank book record and bank reconciliation
- ŸPrepare accounting schedules and variance analysis
- ŸPrepare petty cash reimbursement
- ŸHandle all financial matters such as keeping up-to-date filing system; prepare expense reports, statistics and records.
- ŸPerform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting with LCCI Level 3 or above
- Over 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with NGO experience
- Excellent command of Excel and QuickBooks
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- High level of accuracy, well-organized, and can work well under pressure
- Able to operate in a professional manner at all times, and in line with business ethics, practice and policy
- Able to deal with people at all levels
- Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
