Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in Acquisition & Distribution team for research, identify and acquire programs availabilities from licensors
  • Administration support such as proposal to licensor, sublicensees’ deal application, drafting the agreement and contracts review
  • Assist in the investment projects, attend the production committee’s meeting, prepare and consolidate sales and promotion updates to committee, trademark registration and royalty report
  • Maintain good communication with content providers and explore new content providers
  • Liaise and seek approval from licensor for promotion and market campaign
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned as required

 Requirements :

  • University degree in Marketing / Business or relevant disciplines
  • 5 years’ experience in project management
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • JLPT N2 or above Japanese language capability
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong interest in movies, and have good judgement on a story’s potential
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Very attentive to details
