Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To handle the procurement of general office supplies and services, including contractor for office fit-out works
  • To act as project manager for office renovation projects to coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure effective and efficient completion of projects 
  • To supervise the management of the office assistant team to ensure effective document despatch and office setup services
  • To be responsible for facilities management, repair and maintenance of office equipment, furniture, etc. to ensure normal operation of all office provision
  • To make sure the service continuity and stability of the telephone system, AV and Conference System as well as the access control and security systems to support operational needs of the organisation

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years of administrative experience and at least 3 years in a supervisory role OR
  • Diploma holder with not less than 10 years of administrative/management experience including substantial supervisory experience
  • Experience working in government or public sector organizations preferred
  • Experience in working with consultant on fitting out works preferred, knowledge of E&M an advantage
  • Knowledge on IT applications in office environment preferred
