Provide all-round and comprehensive support to Macau Business Training Development Department (BTDD), Agency Business Distribution Department (ABDD) and Corporate Clients (CC) function. Assist department/function heads in maintaining a smooth, effective, and efficient daily operations of these departments/function, and conduct any administrative duties as assigned.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Performs data input to support daily operations;
• Assists supervisors in managing cases follow up effectively and efficiently with relevant functions/parties;
• Assists supervisors in maintaining an effective communication and meeting schedules with respective functions/parties;
• Assists supervisors in preparing regular reports.
• Supports agency on business development and training issues. 
• Provide administrative support and performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisors to meet operational and / or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University / college graduate plus 1 year's relevant experience or Form Five graduate plus 2-3 years relevant experience;
• Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Effective organization and problem solving skills;  
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a definite advantage;
• Administration knowledge in responsible area(s);
• Computer-literacy.
